Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

 

1. 14-day legal right of withdrawal (EU law)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you or someone you nominate receives the item(s). To exercise this right, please inform us by email at info@labouti.com or using the model withdrawal form (available on request). You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of shipment.

 

2. Our extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Even after the legal 14-day period, we accept returns of unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

 

3. Exceptions (no returns accepted on)

Personalized or custom-made jewelry (for example, engraved items or made-to-order pieces) Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective) Items marked as “final sale”

 

4. Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable). Handmade pieces are inspected upon return.

 

5. Refund process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece.

 

6. Faulty or damaged items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer repair, replacement, or full refund (including return shipping costs).
